Eligibility Criteria#
To qualify under the CEC program, you must meet the following requirements:
Work Experience: At least 12 months of full-time (or equivalent part-time) skilled work experience in Canada within the past three years.
Language Ability: Minimum language proficiency of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 for NOC 0 or A jobs, and CLB 5 for NOC B jobs.
Plan to Live Outside Quebec: The CEC is a federal program; applicants must plan to reside outside the province of Quebec.
Admissibility: Must pass security, criminal, and medical checks.
