Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)#

The MPNP allows Manitoba to nominate individuals for permanent residence who have the skills and experience needed in the local labor market.

Program Streams#

  • Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream: For workers currently working in Manitoba with a permanent job offer.

  • Skilled Worker Overseas Stream: For skilled workers who can demonstrate a strong connection to Manitoba.

  • International Education Stream: For international graduates from Manitoba institutions.

  • Business Investor Stream: For individuals intending to start or purchase a business in Manitoba.

Application Process#

  1. Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI): Indicate your interest in applying to the MPNP.

  2. Receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA): Selected candidates receive an ITA based on their EOI score.

  3. Submit Application: Complete and submit the application within the given timeframe.

  4. Nomination: If successful, receive a nomination to apply for permanent residence.
